Getting started
What is Glow Era?
Glow Era is a manifestation and self-improvement app built around seven Eras โ Boss Babe, Main Character, Healing, Billionaire, Loving, Goddess, and Shadow to Light. Each Era personalizes your affirmations, rituals, journal prompts, prophecies, and challenges so the App reflects the energy you're working with right now.
How do I pick the right Era for me?
Tap Explore to read each Era's vibe, sample affirmation, and signature rituals. You can also switch Eras any time from your Profile โ your journal entries and progress stay safe.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use most of Glow Era as a Guest without signing in. Sign in with Apple or Google whenever you want to back up your progress and sync across devices.
Eras and content
How do I change my Era?
Open Profile โ tap your Era card โ choose a new Era from the preview. You can switch as often as you like. Premium members can also activate a secondary Era to blend two energies at once.
What is Era Blend?
Era Blend is a Premium feature that lets you add a second Era alongside your primary one. The App mixes content from both, so you can carry Goddess energy through your healing journey, or Boss Babe focus while you build your Billionaire mindset.
Why is the same affirmation showing up again?
Each Era has a curated library, but the rotation isn't infinite. Active users sometimes loop through favorites โ saving an affirmation to your library or switching Eras refreshes what you see.
How do streaks work?
Your streak grows by one day for each day you complete at least one ritual, journal entry, or affirmation. Miss a day and the streak resets โ but you keep your Aura Points and all earned badges. Quiet hours are respected; missed reminders don't break the streak as long as you check in before midnight.
What are Aura Points and levels?
Every action you take in the App โ completing a ritual, finishing a challenge, journaling, saving an affirmation โ earns Aura Points. Points roll up into levels, which unlock new badges and visual rewards.
What's the difference between a Challenge and a Ritual?
A Ritual is a small daily practice (morning, midday, or night). A Challenge is a structured journey (7 or 21 days) with a specific theme and a completion reward.
Premium
What does Glow Era Premium include?
Premium unlocks:
- All seven Eras + Era Blend
- The full library of affirmations, prophecies, and journal prompts
- All advanced rituals and Premium-only challenges
- Unlimited vision boards
- Deeper shadow-work prompts
- All upcoming Premium features
How much does Premium cost?
Pricing varies by country. Open the Profile โ Manage Subscription screen or the paywall to see your local price. We sometimes run limited offers and free trials.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us directly:
- iOS: Settings โ tap your Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ Glow Era โ Cancel
- Android: Play Store โ Profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ Glow Era โ Cancel
Your Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore my purchases?
Tap Profile โ Manage Subscription while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase. Premium will restore automatically. If it doesn't, email us with your account email and we'll help.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by us:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
We can't issue refunds directly, but we're happy to help you with the request.
Was I charged twice?
You'll usually see a temporary authorization hold that disappears within a few business days. If a real double charge remains after that, contact Apple or Google support, then email us โ we'll do our best to assist.
Account and data
How do I sign in or link my account?
Open Profile โ tap your name โ Link account โ Apple or Google. Linking saves your progress so you can switch devices without losing your streak or journals.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile โ Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, journal entries, manifestations, and progress within 30 days. This cannot be undone.
Can I export my journal entries?
A built-in export isn't available yet โ it's on our roadmap. If you need a copy of your data right now, email us and we'll help you out manually.
I switched phones. Will my data come with me?
Yes โ as long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account on both devices. Open Glow Era on the new phone, sign in, and your data will sync automatically. If you were a Guest on the old phone and didn't link an account, the data lives only on that device.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Journal entries are stored on our servers with permissions set so that only your account can read them. No one at Thalia Tech browses your entries. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Notifications and reminders
I'm not getting notifications. What's wrong?
Check the following in order:
- In the App: Profile โ Notifications โ Master Toggle is on.
- On your phone: Settings โ Notifications โ Glow Era โ Allow Notifications is on.
- Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is off, or Glow Era is allowed during focus.
- Quiet Hours in the App aren't covering the times you'd expect a notification.
If everything looks correct and notifications still don't arrive, try toggling the master switch off and on again โ that usually re-registers the device with our server.
Can I change when reminders are sent?
Yes. Profile โ Notifications lets you set custom morning, midday, and night reminder times, plus quiet hours.
Themes and appearance
How do I change the theme?
Profile โ Appearance lets you switch between Midnight, Cotton Candy, Cloud, Honey, Aurora, and Paper. The change applies instantly.
Are all themes free?
Yes. All six themes are available to every user, free and Premium.
Why does the App look different in another Era?
Eras use accent colors that match their energy. Theme handles backgrounds and surfaces; Era handles accents and personality.
Troubleshooting
The App is slow or crashing.
Try these in order:
- Force-quit Glow Era and reopen it.
- Restart your phone.
- Make sure you're on the latest version (App Store / Play Store โ Glow Era โ Update).
- If the issue continues, email us with your device model and OS version so we can investigate.
My streak disappeared.
Streaks can occasionally look off due to time-zone or sync issues. Open the App while connected to the internet and pull the home screen down to refresh. If your streak is still missing, email support with your account email and we'll look into it.
A feature I paid for isn't working.
Try restoring purchases first (Profile โ Manage Subscription). If that doesn't help, email support with a screenshot โ we'll get you sorted.
