You can permanently delete your Glow Era account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

Open the Glow Era app
Go to the Profile tab
Tap Delete Account
Once confirmed, your account and all data are deleted immediately

If you no longer have access to the app

If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email:

Include the Google or Apple email address you used to create your account. We process requests within 30 days and notify you once complete.

What gets deleted

The following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted:

Your account and linked Google / Apple identity
Your profile (nickname, selected era, stats, streak)
Your journal entries and manifests
Mood logs, ritual completions, challenge progress
Vision boards, badges, and saved affirmations
Commitment contracts

Data that may be retained

For legal and financial obligations, purchase / billing records may be retained by Google Play and our payment provider for the period required by law. These records are not linked to your account. Diagnostic and crash logs are dissociated from your account identifier.
